My name is Penny and I live in Wellingborough, Northants. I have been keeping guinea pigs since 1998, when I started off by getting one Peruvian sow. I was completely unaware that is wasn't OK to keep one guinea pig on their own, and my new pet wouldn't eat. So off I went to a pet shop and bought another sow, or so I thought, and a few months later there were two new additons in the hutch! I couldn't believe how cute these newly born babies were, and before I knew it I was hooked.
I have always had a love for long haired animals. I have 6 dogs (all long haired), so when I decided I was going to breed guinea pigs, it was going to have to be the long haired breeds.
My main aim is to breed healthy, good quality guinea pigs that are handled daily from birth, and which will hopefullly go on to make lovely pets. All babies are sold with some food and an information sheet, and are treated for mites before going to their new homes. I am also happy to offer continual advice, if it is needed, and I always love to hear how my babies are doing in their new homes.
I hope you enjoy having a look around my site, and if you would like to contact me please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
